Taking inspiration from environmental activist Greta Thunburg, Jane Fonda, actress and activist, started a protest on climate change(Fire Drill Fridays) on the steps of the US Capitol. Just a few days ago, she was arrested for doing this but it hasn’t stopped her actions from making headlines. Fonda says that the United States needs to “lead the way” on making changes for this and she couldn’t be more right. We need to look to activists all over the world as an example and follow that example. We need to do whatever we can spread the word(and if you’re old enough to vote, vote for green bills). Let’s KEAP our Earth green and work to stop climate change before it’s too late!
